1. Who we are

Fighting Hawk Boxing is operated by Magadit Bonse LLC (“Fighting Hawk Boxing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Missouri limited liability company operating a boxing gym in Kansas City, Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://fightinghawkboxing.com (the “Site”) and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account and registration information — your name, email address, mobile phone number, and emergency contact details.
• Booking and attendance information — the classes and sessions you book, your waitlist status, and attendance records.
• Waiver and agreement records — your electronic signature, the version of any waiver or Code of Conduct you accept, and the date and time of acceptance.
• Payment information — subscription and drop-in payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we receive limited transaction and subscription-status data from Stripe.
• Communications — messages you send us and your SMS opt-in and opt-out choices.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and browser type and log data, to operate and secure the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• create and manage your account and process your class and session bookings;
• send you emails about classes and your bookings (booking confirmations, waitlist status, and new-class alerts), and — if you opt in — a text message when new classes are scheduled (see Section 4);
• process payments and manage memberships through Stripe;
• maintain waiver, consent, and safety records;
• respond to your requests and provide customer support; and
• operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, we send you a text message when new classes are scheduled — that is the only kind of text message our program sends. These messages are sent through Twilio and do not contain links.

• Consent: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our registration form, or by turning on Text Alerts in your member dashboard. The box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn Text Alerts off in your member dashboard, or contact us at info@fightinghawkboxing.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, limited to what they need to provide their service: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Google (Workspace and hosting infrastructure), and Firebase/Google Cloud (application hosting and data storage).
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fighting Hawk Boxing, our members, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

As stated in Section 4, we never share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (including retention of waiver and safety records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and processing sensitive operations through secured server-side functions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may review and update your account information, opt out of text messages at any time (see Section 4), and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@fightinghawkboxing.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will honor those rights as required.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults. Where a minor participates, a parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent on the minor’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
